Kailyn Ruiz - Santana
Kailyn Grace Ruiz was born on February 1, 1996 to Mateo and Danna Ruiz. Her childhood was spent moving from state to state as her father’s military job demanded. Unfortunately this left little room for the young Ruiz girl to make any lasting friendships. Finally during her last two years of high school her father retired, allowing Kailyn to live a somewhat normal life. Since she spent most of her life being homeschooled Kailyn was able to graduate at the age of 16.
After graduation she decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue her life long dream of becoming an actress and musician. Her first big break was being spotted at an open mic night. Kailyn spent a few years working on EP’s and collaborating with other artists just to get her name out there.
At the age of 22 Kailyn Ruiz got her first minor role, which lead to more roles and opportunities. She was finally living the dream. Despite all this sudden success she kept her retail job to keep herself grounded. That’s when she met Jonathan Santana and her life changed forever.
On August 2, 2019 Kailyn married Jonathan and the two are now living in Los Angeles with a few vacation homes around the country.
This year Kailyn was honored with the Extradorinary Evolution Award at the Latin AMA's.

Kailyn has recently released her first album Mala Santa; featuring a collaboration with her husband Jonathan Santana.

I remember when we first met I was honestly intimidated by you. You were this incredible man who I thought I had zero chance with. Yet the more we got to talking the more I found out we had in common. It's crazy how we went from strangers to soul mates. Now we've had our ups and downs just like every couple, but we've always pulled through.
You have brought so much light and happiness into my life since we first met. You have such an incredibly beautiful soul. I am beyond grateful to have you in my life and to be able to call you mine. Thank you for showing me that true love does exist and for always putting up with me. I’m blessed to be able to spend forever with you, mí amor.
Lucas, my sweet little ray of sunshine in my life, you are such an incredible human being. I remember when we first met I honestly thought you hated me, but somehow our friendship grew from there. I cannot even begin to express how much you mean to me. Thank you for always being there for me and for cheering me up on my darkest days, you truly are sunshine. Where in the world do I even begin with you? You are my sweet tiny koala, Indigo. You have this incredible personality that just radiates positivity and so much love for everyone around you. I have been very fortunate to call my friend, my koala wife. No matter how many times you vanish I will always love and adore you endlessly. I cherish every moment of our friendship.
